There are two ways this can be accomplished: bus and train. From there you will need to walk a short way from the freeway toward Highway 17. When you reach Highway 17, turn left and walk about 50 meters. You will find a bus stop. This is the same line people will ride when they come from Echigo-Yuzawa Station.\u00a0The schedule is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.minamiechigo.co.jp\/pdf\/jikoku-280401\/muikamachi\/0401\/crystal2.pdf\">here<\/a>. The bus stop near Yuzawa IC is Kobara (\u5c0f\u539f), but it is not listed on the schedule.\u00a0The bus will arrive approximately 5 minutes after leaving the train station, 10 minutes before reaching the second stop listed, Yagisawa (\u516b\u6728\u6ca2).\u00a0This ride will cost between 500 and 600\u00a0yen. There is an additional 100 yen fee for large suitcases. If you are with two people, or if you plan to take the bus back down when you return from Mikuni, a Bus Ticket Booklet (\u56de\u6570\u4e57\u8eca\u5238) will save you a little money. There is an additional 100 yen fee for large suitcases.
