Mikuni Marketing Internship<\/h1>\n

Strong academic standing in Marketing or Business Management.<\/p>\n

Demonstrated ability to synthesize marketing strategies into actionable plans and instructional lab sessions.<\/p>\n

Ability to work effectively in a Japanese educational setting.<\/p>\n

Alignment with the high standards of conduct expected at both BYU and Mikuni International College. Benefits: round-trip international airfare, lodging, and food are covered by the institution.<\/p>\n

Costs:<\/strong><\/p>\n

None. This is a fully funded professional development opportunity. To support the intern\u2019s immersion and contribution to our campus, Mikuni International College provides stipend for round-trip international airfare, lodging, and meals.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Refine and implement a foundational Marketing Curriculum.<\/p>\n

Lead a weekly “Marketing Lab,” instructing students on core strategies and guiding them through the practical application of peer recruitment and digital engagement.<\/p>\n

Oversee and optimize the college\u2019s presence across various social media platforms.<\/p>\n

Conduct a UX (User Experience) audit of the institutional website to improve information architecture and data flow for prospective students and donors.<\/p>\n

Direct a small cohort of Mikuni students to ensure marketing efforts are culturally nuanced and linguistically appropriate for the Japanese domestic market.<\/p>\n

Devise and execute initiatives focused on student recruitment and philanthropic development.<\/p>\n

Identify and implement supplementary marketing activities that align with the college\u2019s long-term mission of sustainability, recruitment, and global outreach.<\/p>\n

Attend faculty meetings.<\/p>\n

Participate in school activities.<\/p>\n
