Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Teach Academic English to young adults. This internship is for those who are studying TESOL seriously and wish to make it their profession\u00a0with a declared major, minor, or masters in TESOL.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Declared major, minor, or masters in TESOL, or certified in TESOL.<\/p>\n

Preferred: experience as a lead teacher in an ESL or EFL classroom.<\/p>\n

Costs:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Travel expenses only.<\/p>\n

Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lodging and food provided by the institution.\u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Design lessons from Mikuni’s curriculum to teach academic English.<\/p>\n

Provide support to other classes.<\/p>\n

Tutor students individually and in groups.<\/p>\n

Participate in school activities.<\/p>\n

Complete trainings.<\/p>\n

Participate in weekly faculty meetings.<\/p>\n

*Opportunities for additional administrative responsibilities may be available if the applicant has finished their TESOL coursework, is TESOL certified, or nearing the completion of their TESOL program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
